JCDM Home Builders measures your home and examines the existing conditions and surrounding areas. Yard layout and views of surrounding landscapes are taken into account when planning the flow of the new space. Floor plans are then prepared for your review.

Planning and Communication
JCDM Home Builders assures that our clients know what stage their project is in, every step of the way. Prior to beginning construction, you will receive a Construction Schedule of the anticipated timing and work flow. This Construction Schedule is updated and given to you at regular intervals.
