JCDM Home Builders guarantees against latent defects in construction or workmanship for a period of ten (10) years after completion of your project.
2 Year Warranty: The average "one year expressed limited warranty" (also known as the "Fit and Finish Warranty") is an industry standard. At JCDM Home Builders, we hold ourselves and our trade partners to a higher standard. We double the time of the average warranty to TWO YEARS, another way to demonstrate our responsibility and accountability to you for every project we undertake.
